Current website behaviour
The brief asks for name, work email, company, primary sales market, project type, estimated quantity and a project summary. Optional fields describe countries or regions, audience age range, sales channels, languages and AI deployment or data constraints. In the current configuration these details are used to prepare a summary in the browser; the online enquiry endpoint is disabled.
The authored form does not save a draft to localStorage or sessionStorage. Copying places the summary on your clipboard. Saving downloads a text file to your device. The email route opens a draft in your email application addressed to mossecho@aliyun.com; it is sent only when you send that email.
The WhatsApp link opens a third-party conversation with +86 13143392189. Opening the link does not send a message; you decide what to share and send in WhatsApp. The authored website has no analytics or advertising tracking code. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting, security and network providers may process request data independently of the form; their deployed behaviour and roles must be verified before the final notice is approved.
Before enabling online collection
The approved notice must identify the receiving service and CRM, purposes and applicable lawful bases, recipients, storage regions and any international transfer arrangements. It must also state retention periods or decision criteria, the rights/request route and applicable complaint information.
An internal Feishu Base and a hosted enquiry form have been prepared. This website does not currently send brief data to that form. The Feishu public-access and submission tests, provider data-region review and retention decisions must be completed before we activate a website form link. Business correspondence sent by email may be entered into the internal enquiry workspace for follow-up.
What to share
This is a business project website. Use a non-confidential summary, avoid sensitive personal information and do not provide children’s voice recordings or personal data through the initial brief.
Restricted project files and any AI service data need a separately agreed handling route. The website notice is not an AI end-user privacy policy.
