Home / Custom Plush & AI Character Project FAQs
Studio / buyer support

Questions to settle before sampling or an AI pilot.

Who is the website for?

Brands, IP owners, agencies and procurement teams planning custom character products or an optional AI character experience.

Can we start with a sketch rather than finished artwork?

Yes. Bring the sketch, intended use, approximate dimensions and the elements that must remain recognisable. Discovery identifies which design decisions need to be completed before sampling.

What are the MOQ, price and sample timeline?

These are project-specific. Product configuration, quantities, materials, variants, packaging and factory route need to be defined before a responsible quote and timeline can be established. There is no fixed website-wide promise.

Can a blind-box collection contain multiple characters?

List each character, packaging configuration and quantity estimate. Shared and variant-specific development work should be recorded in the brief.

Can the same character include an AI or voice module?

It can be explored as a separate workstream. Physical space, charging, audio, connectivity, authorised voice, knowledge sources and operating ownership need to be scoped together. See the AI discovery worksheet.

Is every product certified for all countries?

No. Applicable review, testing, labelling and documentation depend on the actual SKU, target age, components and sales markets. See market-readiness planning.

Can I upload confidential files here?

No upload service is currently connected. Begin with a non-confidential summary and request the agreed NDA and secure file route before sending restricted materials.

Does the brief button send my enquiry?

It prepares a browser-based text brief, which you can copy, save or use to open an email draft to mossecho@aliyun.com. You must send the draft in your email app. Preparing a brief is not delivery, and the website does not currently submit it to Feishu.

How do production, delivery and after-sales terms work?

These need to be agreed in the accepted project documents. The project-policy draft lists the items that must be confirmed; it does not establish a blanket warranty, delivery date or return policy.
